Order Processing

Production begins only after:

  • Final artwork approval (if applicable)
  • Confirmation of order details
  • Successful payment completion

Processing and production times vary depending on the type, quantity, and complexity of the printing project.

Standard production timelines are typically between 2–7 business days, although certain custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after production completion:

  • Tamil Nadu: 1–3 business days
  • Other States in India: 3–7 business days
  • International Deliveries: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance and local courier services)
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping method selected

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the shipment status directly through the courier partner.

Payment

The Printouse currently accepts prepaid orders only.

All payments must be completed through the approved online payment methods available at checkout or through payment options provided by our sales team.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless specifically agreed upon by The Printouse.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery schedules, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Production requirements
  • Material availability
  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays or festive seasons
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
  • The Printouse shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

The Printouse is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete information
  • Additional shipping costs arising from address corrections or re-delivery requests

Any extra charges incurred due to incorrect shipping details will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please notify The Printouse within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs where applicable.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
