Refund & Return Policy

Introduction

At The Printouse, we strive to deliver high-quality printing and packaging solutions that meet our customers’ expectations. Due to the customized nature of printed products, all return and refund requests are subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a replacement, reprint, or refund in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping or delivery
  • You received a product different from the approved order specifications
  • The printed product contains manufacturing defects caused by The Printouse
  • The quantity delivered is significantly less than the quantity ordered
  • The product received does not match the final approved artwork due to a production error on our part
  • Any return or refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Errors present in customer-approved artwork
  • Spelling, grammatical, or design mistakes in files provided by the customer
  • Color variations within normal industry printing tolerances
  • Differences caused by screen display settings or digital proof previews
  • Orders that have been correctly printed according to approved artwork
  • Custom-printed products created specifically for the customer
  • Requests submitted after the allowed reporting period

  • To request a return, replacement, or refund:

Contact our support team with your Order ID.
Provide a detailed description of the issue.
Submit clear photographs or videos showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy.
Our team will review the submitted information and determine eligibility.

Additional information may be requested if required for verification.

Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by The Printouse.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request the return of defective products for inspection
  • Reject claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria
  • Verify whether the issue resulted from production errors or customer-supplied artwork
  • Refund Process

If a refund is approved

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted directly from an error by The Printouse.

Replacement & Reprint Policy

Where appropriate, The Printouse may offer:

  • A replacement of the affected products
  • A partial reprint
  • A full reprint of the order

The suitable resolution will be determined based on the nature and extent of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund, as materials and production resources would have already been allocated to the order.
